Delivery & returns

Once-off purchases

All Dotty care packs are once-off purchases. There are no subscriptions and you will never be billed automatically.

Delivery

• Delivery anywhere in South Africa by courier.
• Orders are packed within 2 working days after payment is confirmed; delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.
• A flat delivery fee of R99 applies, with free delivery on care packs from R500.
• Printable products (like the teacher card) are emailed as a download link straight after payment — no delivery fee. Links are valid for 30 days.
• Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging.

Returns

Because care packs contain personal hygiene products, opened items cannot be returned or exchanged. Digital downloads cannot be returned once the link has been sent, but if a file doesn't work we'll resend or fix it.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
